Pleasure doing business with Mark, from arriving at the car forecourt showroom. We had time too look around, then ask Mark about the car we was interested in. Much better than other places we looked at who obviously must be into pressure sales, we walked away from these places.

Our car was fully checked and even though it had a few months mot on it, Cradley Heath Motor Co gave it a full 12 months mot and service, and replaced items like satnav sd card and parcel shelf that was missing.

The handover of the vehicle was superb with Mark sorting the tax out prior to us leaving and giving us peace of mind running a hpi check as well.

Will definitely RECCOMEND to others & will use again when we need to buy again.

Excellent service all around, made buying a used car pleasant and hassle free. I've used this business a number of times and can't find anything to fault.

I have also had a few minor issues after the warranty has finished and still had the work done free of charge, no questions asked.

I'm at a lose as to how a few have rated it less than five star unless I've been lucky, which I doubt. I would certainly recommend them. In fact my sister is in the process of purchasing a car from them.

I traveled from Scotland after putting a despot down on the car I wanted, Mark picked me up at the local train station and we went for a test drive.
After seeing the car was exactly how it was described and drove like new we went to the office to do the paperwork. I was greeted by Marks colleague, Brett who was very friendly and personable.
Mark and I did the car paperwork and sorted out the warranty and road tax.

I have purchased a fair amount of cars in my time, I have to say that this is the best experience I have had. Very nice car, runs perfectly, full 12 months MOT and a service before purchase.

Some garages I had been at previously are quite "sales orientated". I didn't get that feeling at all.

Friendly and Genuine. Would travel from Scotland again for the peace of mind and satisfaction.
